Physical Therapist (PT) "High Demand"

Key Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations and assessments
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
• Deliver skilled therapeutic interventions
• Educate patients/families on exercises & equipment use
• Coordinate caseload and care team assignments
• Support patient recovery across the continuum of care

Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist (Florida license required)
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy
• BLS certification (within 30 days if not current)
• Open to experience (new grads accepted)

Compensation

• Salary Range:
• • $35.77/hr (new grad)
  • Up to $49.18/hr (16+ years experience)
• Weekend Differential: +$3/hr (Sat–Sun)
• Sign-On Bonus: $10,000
• Relocation Assistance: Case-by-case
