Med Surg RN - Up to $100K + $20K Bonus - Near El Paso

Unit Overview

Join a 34-bed Medical Surgical unit located on the 3rd floor. You’ll work alongside a collaborative team of RNs, LPNs, CMAs, and CNAs in a supportive environment focused on high-quality, patient-centered care.

• Nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:5 to 1:6
• Emphasis on teamwork, safety, and compassionate care

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement patient care
• Administer medications and treatments
• Monitor patient progress and respond to changes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Ensure patient safety and comfort

Required Qualifications

• Active New Mexico RN License
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• 1+ year of Medical-Surgical experience OR 1+ year of nursing experience

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $74,880 – $100,000 annually
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000 (based on experience and qualifications)
• Relocation Assistance: Partial
