RN Critical care float - Tulsa, OK

Responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care using the nursing process in accordance with hospital standards. Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, supports discharge planning, and ensures accurate documentation.

Requirements: Oklahoma RN license, nursing degree/diploma, minimum 1 year Critical Care experience (strong PCU preferred; solid Med-Surg considered).

Schedule: NOC shift (7p–7a), 3x12s (36 hrs/week).
Pay: Starting $33.15/hr + $4 shift diff (7p), $0.25 (11p), $6 Critical Care diff.
Incentive: $10K relocation bonus (2-year commitment).
