About the Position
Description:
- Develops, coordinates and delivers care to Telemetry patients
- Maintains the standards of professional nursing
- Supervises CNA/SNA or other health care workers as assigned
Requirement Description:
- 4 years of Med Surg/Telemetry experience - Required
- Experience with reading monitors, cardiac drips, and post surgical cases - Required
- Experience with Adult and Geriatric patients - Required
- Active IL License
- BLS/CPR (AHA) - Required
- NIHSS- required
- ACLS - required
- Must be fully COVID vaccinated - Required
