Compensation:
• LMSW: $70,000 – $75,000 annually
• LCSW: $90,000 – $95,000 annually

Position Overview

We are seeking a Spanish-speaking Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join a collaborative behavioral health team in Manhattan, NY.

This role offers an excellent hybrid work model with primarily remote responsibilities and only one required onsite day per week, allowing clinicians to maintain a strong work-life balance while providing high-quality behavioral health services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral health support and clinical services to patients
• Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards
• Deliver culturally competent, patient-centered care

Required Qualifications

• Active New York State LMSW or LCSW license
• Spanish bilingual required
• Minimum 1+ year of clinical experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience providing behavioral health services in a clinical setting
• Experience working with diverse patient populations
• Medicaid and Medicare credentialing required for LCSW candidates
