Social Worker (LMSW) – Outpatient Behavioral Health

Location:-Southgate, MI

Shifts:-Full-Time, Days (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)

Pay:-

• Fully Licensed: $29.47 – $39.88/hour
• Limited License: $27.22 – $37.36/hour
  (Pay based on experience and licensing; non-negotiable)

Job Summary

Seeking a licensed Social Worker/Therapist to provide outpatient behavioral health and crisis intervention services. This role includes telehealth and in-person support for adults experiencing mental health and/or substance use challenges.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, screenings, and crisis interventions
• Provide individual therapy and care coordination
• Determine appropriate level of care and treatment plans
• Support patients transitioning to ongoing services
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and community partners
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling
• Active Michigan license (LMSW, LLMSW, LPC, LLP, or equivalent)
• Experience in behavioral health or crisis intervention preferred
