Registered Nurse (RN) - Operating Room (OR) | Full-Time

Job Summary
We are hiring Full-Time Permanent Operating Room Registered Nurses (OR RNs) for a leading acute care hospital in Overland Park, KS. This opportunity offers competitive pay, a collaborative surgical team, and excellent career growth in a modern operating room environment.

Position Highlights:

• Full-Time Permanent
• Day Shift (Rotating Weekends)
• 8 or 10-hour shifts
• Start Time: 6:45 AM
• Multiple Openings
• On-Call Required ($5/hr On-Call Pay)
• Relocation Assistance (Case by Case)

Responsibilities:

• Circulate and assist during surgical procedures
• Prepare patients before surgery
• Monitor patients throughout procedures
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and OR staff
• Educate patients and families on surgical procedures and recovery
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and ensure patient safety

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of recent OR RN Scrub/Circulating experience
• Acute Care experience required
• Active Kansas RN License (or eligible)
• BLS Certification (within 30 days of hire)
• RN Diploma or higher
