Nurse Manager Labor & Delivery | No Weekends | Urgent Hiring

The Nurse Manager for Labor & Delivery leads and oversees daily operations within the labor and delivery department, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient team management. This role requires strong leadership skills to manage staff, implement quality initiatives, and enhance patient satisfaction, all while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the labor and delivery unit
• Lead and support nursing staff to provide excellent patient care
• Implement and oversee quality improvement initiatives
• Monitor patient satisfaction and address concerns promptly
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate staffing schedules and manage personnel performance
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 3-7 Years Labor and Delivery experience in an acute care setting– Required
• 3-7 Years L &D Leadership Experience in an acute care setting – Required
• Associate degree required
• 4 Year Bachelor’s Degree – Preferred
• Active NH RN License or Compact RN License - Required
• Strong experience with staff management, quality initiatives, patient satisfaction, and department operations.

Compensation: $100,000 - $148,000 annually based on experience
