CT Scan Supervisor - Fort Pierce, FL | Leadership Role | Up to $46/hr

Job Summary

An exciting leadership opportunity is available for an experienced CT Technologist looking to advance their career in diagnostic imaging management. This role provides 24/7 oversight of CT operations, staff performance, quality initiatives, scheduling, equipment management, and departmental workflow. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with strong clinical expertise, team-building skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care and imaging services.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily CT department operations and staff scheduling
• Ensure high-quality imaging standards, patient safety, and regulatory compliance
• Manage departmental staffing, supplies, budgeting, and equipment utilization
• Mentor, train, and support CT Technologists to achieve performance goals
• Drive quality improvement initiatives and operational excellence
• Collaborate with physicians, leadership teams, and interdisciplinary departments

Qualifications

• Associate Degree required
• Registered Radiologic Technologist (RT) required
• ARRT (R) Certification required
• BLS Certification required within 30 days of hire
• Minimum 3 years of CT Technologist experience required
• Minimum 1 year of CT leadership, supervisory, or management experience required

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Pay: $32.62 – $46.25 per hour (based on experience)
