RRT - Respiratory Therapist - Immediate Hire - $15K Sign-On Bonus

Job Summary

The Respiratory Therapist provides advanced respiratory care services including assessment, treatment, and ventilator management for critically ill patients. You will work closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to support life-saving interventions across acute care units.

Schedule: Nights | Rotating Weekends
Sign-On Bonus: $15,000
Shift Differentials: Night + Weekend Pay
Relocation: Case-by-case

Qualifications

• NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) – Required
• State Respiratory Therapist License – Required
• Associate Degree in Respiratory Care (AMA-approved program) – Required
• Minimum 6 months recent acute care RRT experience – Required

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Pay Range: $28 – $40/hr (based on experience)
• Night Differential: $4.50/hr
• Weekend Differential: $3/hr
