Position: Director of Nursing – Surgical Services
Schedule: Full-Time | Days (6:30 AM – 4:00 PM)
Requirement
- Active RN License
- 3+ years of Director-level experience
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing
- Strong leadership experience in Surgical Services
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee surgical services operations
- Monitor performance metrics (case volume, turnaround time, etc.)
- Manage staffing, hiring, and team development
- Oversee departmental budgets and compliance
- Ensure quality patient care and regulatory standards
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiency
