Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) - Hybrid | Behavioral Health
Job Description
Summary
Hybrid behavioral health role in Bronx with only one on-site day per week. The position focuses on patient assessments, therapy services, crisis intervention, treatment planning, and collaboration with primary care and multidisciplinary teams. The role supports behavioral health patients using evidence-based therapeutic approaches and coordinated care models.
Requirements
- Active LCSW license required
- MSW from an accredited institution
- Minimum 2 years of behavioral health/social work experience
- Pediatric population experiences preferred
- Must be enrolled with Medicaid and Medicare as an LCSW
Required Skills
- Behavioral health screenings and biopsychosocial assessments
- Knowledge of DSM-5 diagnostic criteria
- Experience with EHR systems
- Spanish bilingual skills required
- Strong communication and multidisciplinary collaboration skills
Therapy Modalities Experience Preferred
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
- Motivational Interviewing
- Crisis Intervention
- Interpersonal Psychotherapy
Schedule / Work Type
- Hybrid position
- On-site once per week
- Remaining schedule remote/flexible based on operations
Pay
- $90,000 – $95,000 annually
