Shift Requirements: 12-hour shifts, either: 4:00 AM - 4:00 PM, or 4:00 PM - 4:00 AM

Job Description:

Important Work Environment Information:

• This position is located at a site where an ongoing union strike is taking place.
• Employees will be required to report to a designated meeting location and be transported to the worksite.
• Candidates should be aware that there may be active picketing and strike-related activity outside the facility, which can create a less favorable or less peaceful environment when entering and exiting the site.
• Candidates must be comfortable working under these conditions and remain professional at all times.
• Running bagging machine to ensure the correct animal feed makes it into the correct bags in a safe and quality-oriented manner.
• The documentation of the production process is required with general computer work.
• This entails checking bag weights on a regular basis to ensure compliance, ensuring bags are sealed properly, labels are correct, etc.
• Occasionally lift up to 50lbs
