Lead our Outpatient Specialty Clinic and elevate access to care in Southeast Alaska. As the RN Manager for Specialty Services, you’ll guide a skilled, mission‐driven team improving clinic operations, patient flow, safety, quality, and the overall patient experience—while making a measurable difference in Tribal health across our island community.

What You’ll Do

Lead the Specialty Clinic team—coaching, staffing, and building a culture of safety, quality, and respect
Partner closely with the Director of Specialty Services and the Supervisor of Scheduling & Referral Coordination to optimize schedules, referrals, and access
Standardize and improve workflows to enhance throughput, reduce wait times, and strengthen the patient experience
Ensure clinical reliability—policies, procedures, and competencies are current, understood, and consistently followed
Monitor key metrics (flow, access, quality indicators) and drive continuous improvement
Champion patient safety and regulatory readiness in the ambulatory environment

What You’ll Bring

5+ years of varied RN experience, including ≥1 year in ambulatory care
2+ years supervisory/managerial experience in healthcare
Active RN license in the U.S. (Alaska or ability to obtain)
Proven strengths in team leadership, change management, and service excellence
