Operating Room Nurse - 3x12s | High Pay + Differentials

Job Title: Operating Room RN

Location: Goldsboro, NC
Schedule: 3x12s (36 hrs/week)

Overview: We are seeking a Operating Room RN to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced surgical environment. This role offers hands-on experience across a variety of surgical procedures while strengthening clinical, technical, and perioperative skills. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and meet personal learning needs; attend relevant education programs
• Use patient education materials and assess readiness to learn
• Identify patient outcomes and revise care plans as needed
• Collaborate with team to evaluate care and ensure continuity
• Provide safe, competent care for patients with complex needs

Requirements:

• 1 year of Acute Care experience required
• Operating Room Experience required
• Active RN License (NC) or Compact License
• BLS Certification required
• ADN/ASN required (BSN preferred)

Compensation & Perks:

• Base Pay Range: $33.00 – $54.45 (Based on years of experience)
• Evening Differential: $3.30/hr
• Night Differential: $6.00/hr
• Weekend Differential: $10.00/hr
• Holiday Pay: 50% additional
• Specialty Differential (OR/ER/ICU): $2.00/hr
