Role Focus

• Rapid patient assessment and triage
• Pain management and stabilization
• Emergency interventions and monitoring
• Patient education and discharge planning
• Collaboration with ER physicians and care teams

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Pay: $33 – $47/hr
• Night Differential: +$4.75/hr
• Sign-On Bonus: $15,000

Requirements

• Active RN license
• Certifications:
• • BLS & ACLS (within 30 days)
  • PALS or ENPC (within 6 months)
  • TNCC (within 1 year)
  • Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (within 6 months)
