ICU Registered Nurse | Up to $15K Sign-On Bonus + Benefits

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to critically ill patients. The ideal candidate will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while collaborating with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure positive patient outcomes.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Range: $33.00 – $46.00/hr (based on experience)
• Sign-On Bonus:
• • Up to $10,000 for Days
  • Up to $15,000 for Nights

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor critically ill patients
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor patient responses and report changes in condition
• Maintain accurate patient documentation
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and medications
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members

Requirements

• Active RN License (Florida or Compact License)
• ASN or Nursing Diploma required; BSN preferred
• Minimum 1 year of recent ICU experience required
• Experience in MICU, SICU, or CSU accepted
• Acute Care experience required
• Current BLS Certification
• ACLS Certification required within 6 months of hire
• NIHSS Certification required within 6 months of hire
