We offer competitive hourly rates ranging from $31.55 to $45.07, based on years of experience. Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus is available, and relocation assistance may be provided on a case-by-case basis.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN to provide exceptional care in a 30-bed surgical care unit. You will care for patients recovering from a wide range of surgical and post-surgical conditions in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver patient-centered nursing care and participate in patient/family education.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Monitor, document, and communicate patient conditions using electronic health records.
  • Coordinate discharge planning with the healthcare team.
  • Maintain cultural and diversity awareness in all interactions.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred).
  • Current Registered Nurse License in Virginia or a valid Multistate Compact License.
  • Minimum 1 year of medical-surgical experience in an acute care hospital preferred.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from a recognized provider.
