- Average Salary: $32 – $48/hr (based on experience)
- Shift Differentials: +$4.25 Nights | +$3 Weekends

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year Acute Care RN experience
- RN License (FL or Compact)
- BLS (AHA) required
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered ICU care
- Monitor, assess, and implement treatment plans
- Educate patients and families on care plans and recovery
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
