Job Title: Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

Location: Decatur/Springfield IL

Job Type: Full Time/ Permanent - Direct Hire

Compensation: Average APP salary in the company is $180k (base + incentive)

Shift Type: Mon-Fri / 40hrs / No Weekends/Holidays

Patient Count: 16-20pts/day

This position offers a lot of autonomy. We are not hiring new grads currently.

Summary:

We have an opening for Nurse Practitioners in our exciting geriatric mobile practice focusing on wellness and disease management in the geriatric community. Our team is supportive, caring, and we have tried to build a work environment that exemplifies teamwork. Our focus is primary care in assisted living and memory care communities. We are offering a full time position to a NP or PA to better serve our clients medical needs. Being a mobile practice we go out to Assisted Living and Memory Care units to provide services. We usually go to 1 community each day and are in all of our facilities each week.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience required
• Active state license
• DEA
