LPN - Outpatient Clinic | New Grads Welcome

Schedule: Full-Time | 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Job Summary

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our outpatient clinic team in Worcester, MA. This is a full-time permanent opportunity offering a supportive work environment, competitive compensation, and excellent benefits.

Pay Rate: $36 – $39/hour

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient health conditions and needs
• Administer medications and treatments
• Monitor vital signs and patient progress
• Educate and communicate with patients and families
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Follow clinic policies and healthcare standards

Qualifications:

• Active Massachusetts RN or LPN license
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• 1 year of nursing experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
