Position: Pharmacist Outpatient

Duration: 13 weeks

Location: 405 Chatham Heights Rd A, Fredericksburg, VA 22405, United States

Shift: Days 5*8 (5A-2P), 40hr/week, every other weekend or holidays


Requirements:

2+ yr required

**Must have infusion center experience. Screen Home Health Infusion or Inpatient Oncology experience

VA state license required

Chemo and RPh required
