We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses to join the Medical-Surgical team at a leading acute care hospital in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. In this role, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care while collaborating with an experienced interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes.

- Full-Time
- Days (Rotating Weekends)
- Nights (Rotating Weekends)
Compensation & Incentives
- Salary Range:
- Starting: $26.40/hour
- Approximately $33.00/hour with 10 years of experience
- Up to $39.60/hour with 15+ years of experience
- Shift Differential: $4.25/hour for Nights
- Weekend Differential: None
- Sign-On Bonus:
- $10,000 for Days
- $15,000 for Nights
- Relocation Assistance: Available on a case-by-case basis

Key Responsibilities
- Assess patients upon admission and throughout each shift, reporting changes in condition promptly.
- Administer medications, treatments, and physician-ordered interventions while documenting care accurately.
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered nursing care and respond proactively to patient needs.
- Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal clinical outcomes.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN).
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience required (acute care experience not mandatory).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of employment start date.
