Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Pharmacist to join a healthcare team in Bethel, Alaska. This role involves ensuring the safe and effective use of medications, providing clinical support, and collaborating with healthcare providers to deliver high-quality patient care.

Pharmacist – Full Time
Location: Bethel, Alaska
Position Type: Permanent | Full-Time
Salary Range: $160,000 – $180,000 annually
Key Responsibilities
- Review and verify prescriptions for accuracy, safety, and appropriateness
- Dispense medications and provide clear patient counseling on usage, dosage, and side effects
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care
- Monitor patient medication therapy and identify potential drug interactions or contraindications
- Maintain accurate patient records and pharmacy documentation
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and pharmacy policies
- Provide clinical support and guidance to healthcare staff as needed
Qualifications
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent degree
- Active Pharmacist License (or eligibility to obtain Alaska licensure)
- Open to candidates with less than 1 year of experience
- Strong attention to detail and clinical judgment
- Excellent communication and patient counseling skills
