Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery | 3x12s

We are seeking a Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a hospital setting, supporting mothers through labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum care while ensuring the safety of both mother and newborn, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver efficient, compassionate care.

Relocation Incentive: Up to $10,000 (based on mileage)"

Retention Incentives (RNs): Up to $40,000 based on unit, shift, and commitment duration

Department Overview:

Labor & Delivery unit with 6 beds and 1 C-section OR.

• Manage laboring patients
• Assist and circulate in C-sections
• Recover labor and surgical patients
• ~100 deliveries per month
• Work alongside OBGYNs and midwives

Requirements:

• 1 year of RN experience (Acute Care Preferred)
• Nursing Diploma OR ADN / ASN from an accredited School of Nursing - Required
• BSN or MSN - Preferred
• Active RN License (North Carolina)
• BLS (AHA or ARC)
• ACLS (AHA or ARC)
• NRP

Compensation & Incentives:

• Pay Range: $33.00 – $54.45/hr
• Schedule: Nights 3x12s
• Shift Differentials: Evening, Night, Weekend, Holiday, Specialty
