RN - Staffing Pool

Job Summary:
The RN will provide competent clinical nursing care in a hospital setting, coordinate patient care, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure patient safety and continuity of care.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
• Nursing Diploma OR ADN/ASN from an accredited nursing school
• Active North Carolina RN License
• BLS Certification (AHA or ARC)

Preferred Qualifications:

• BSN or MSN

Pay Range:

• $33.00 – $54.45/hour
• Additional shift differentials available:
• • Evening: +$3.30/hr
  • Night: +$6.00/hr
  • Weekend: +$10.00/hr
  • Specialty Differential (OR/ER/ICU): +$2.00/hr
  • Holiday: 50% added to base rate
