Emergency Room RN - Sign-on bonus: $15k | Direct Hire

Job Title: ER RN | Ottumwa, IA US 52501

We are seeking an Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) to provide high-quality care to acutely ill patients in a fast-paced emergency department setting. This is a newly created position offering the opportunity to be part of a dynamic and collaborative healthcare team.

Education & Experience required:

• Current RN license in the state of Iowa or a multistate license allowing to work in the state of Iowa
• Certifications preferred - BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• Emergency Department experience required
• Will Accept: 6–12 months in Medical/Surgical or Critical Care

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive patient care using the nursing process
• Perform triage and prioritize patient needs effectively
• Monitor patient conditions and administer treatments/medications
• Recognize and respond to cardiac arrhythmias (ACLS/PALS protocols)
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
