Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

Shift: 3x12 hour night shifts
Pay: $29.16 – $41.57/hour + $5,000 sign-on bonus
Location: Quincy, CA

• Provide direct technical nursing care to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) under RN supervision.
• Function as part of the nursing team and may act as charge nurse when required.
• Monitor patient conditions, administer care, and support daily resident needs.
• Follow care plans and document patient information accurately.
• Collaborate with RNs and healthcare staff to ensure quality resident care.
• Maintain compliance with clinical standards and facility policies.
• Use clinical judgment to prioritize tasks and ensure resident safety.

Requirements:

• Active California LVN license.
• Graduate of an approved LVN program (Associate or equivalent).
• Minimum 1 year LVN experience.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong communication, clinical judgment, and computer skills.
