Job Description

· Lead projects from initial design concept through full production of custom automated machinery for in-house manufacturing operations

· Design and develop mechanical components for custom automated machines utilizing SolidWorks

· Collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing and quality teams to drive process optimization and tooling improvements

· Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues related to production processes and machine design

Key Requirements

· BSME or MET degree highly preferred

· Minimum of 5+ years of experience in machinery design

· Demonstrated strong and stable work history

· Proven project management experience, managing scope from concept through production
