Adecco is currently hiring a Direct-Hire TIG / MIG Precision Welder!

Are you a highly skilled welder with a passion for precision and quality craftsmanship? We are seeking skilled MIG and TIG Welders to join a growing precision manufacturing team. This position is ideal for welders with experience in precision welding environments who can produce high-quality welds while working from blueprints and technical drawings. Fabrication, fit-up, and detailed welding experience are highly desired.

Salt Lake City, UT
1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
$20.00–$25.00/hour DOE

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG and TIG welding according to specifications and quality standards.

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.

• Set up welding equipment and prepare materials for welding.

• Complete fit-up and fabrication work as required.

• Use hand-held grinders, sanders, and various power tools.

• Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and accuracy.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

• Manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Previous MIG and/or TIG welding experience required.

• Experience with precision welding required.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

• Strong fit-up and fabrication skills.

• Proficient with hand tools, grinders, and power tools.

• Must provide own welding tools and hood.

• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
