Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Pay: $36.00 – $39.00 per hour

Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide high-quality care to residents in a long-term care and nursing home setting. This role offers a supportive work environment, stable leadership, and flexible scheduling with opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities
- Assess residents’ health needs and monitor condition changes
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Provide direct patient care and emotional support
- Collaborate closely with physicians, RNs, and the interdisciplinary care team
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Adhere to nursing standards, policies, and best practices
- Perform additional nursing duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Active Massachusetts LPN license in good standing
- 1 year of experience min
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a healthcare team
- Solid critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
