Core Responsibilities

• Assess resident health status and ongoing needs
• Administer medications and treatments
• Monitor and record vital signs
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Communicate with patients, families, and care team
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary staff
• Follow nursing standards, protocols, and care plans

Requirements

• Active LPN license
• Graduate of accredited nursing program
• 1+ year experience preferred (new grads accepted)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Good clinical judgment and critical thinking
