Inpatient Pharmacist
Job Description
Qualifications:
Education: B.S. Pharmacy or Pharm.D. required
Licensure: Current Pharmacist license in the Commonwealth of Virginia
Experience:
Inpatient/Acute Care experience within the last 3 years
Intravenous (IV) compounding and pharmacotherapy management
Prior experience in a computerized hospital pharmacy setting preferred
Pharmacy Residency from an accredited ASHP institution preferred
Technical Skills:
Epic (required)
Pyxis and Carousel System experience preferred
