Cardiac Surgical Stepdown RN responsible for post-operative cardiac patient care, monitoring, and recovery support in a high-acuity stepdown unit.

Requirements
Valid Oklahoma or Multi-State RN License
Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
Strong understanding of disease management and clinical care pathways
Good communication, documentation, and prioritization skills
Ability to manage complex patient care independently

Schedule
Full-Time
Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
3x12-hour shifts (Fri–Sun or Sat–Mon)
Premium weekend schedule

Compensation
$33.15–$51.00/hr
Sign-on bonus + relocation assistance (if applicable)
