Are you passionate about sales, customer service, and helping people find the perfect place to call home? 11 East and The Carling, two premier luxury apartment communities located in the heart of downtown Jacksonville, are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Full-Time Leasing Consultant to join our team.

What You'll Do

• Welcome prospective residents and provide personalized tours of our luxury apartment communities.
  
  
• Build strong relationships with prospects and guide them through every step of the leasing process.
  
  
• Follow up with leads through phone calls, emails, and text messages to maximize leasing opportunities.
  
  
• Process rental applications and coordinate move-ins with accuracy and attention to detail.
  
  
• Deliver exceptional customer service to current and future residents.
  
  
• Assist with resident retention and lease renewal efforts.
  
  
• Stay knowledgeable about apartment availability, pricing, amenities, and community events.
  
  
• Ensure the leasing office, amenity spaces, and model apartments consistently reflect luxury living standards.
  
  
• Participate in outreach marketing and community events to generate new business.
  
  
• Partner with the Property Director and onsite team to achieve occupancy, leasing, and resident satisfaction goals.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, retail, or multifamily leasing preferred.
  
  
• Luxury leasing experience is a plus but not required.
  
  
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills.
  
  
• Positive, energetic, and professional attitude.
  
  
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  
  
• Comfortable learning and using property management software.
  
  
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  
  
• Weekend availability is required.
