Position Highlights

• Position: Travel Physical Therapist – Home Health

• Location: Tucson, AZ

• Contract: 13 Weeks (08/17/2026 – 11/14/2026)

• Schedule: 36 Hours/Week

• Shift: Days (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)

• Home Health experience preferred

What You'll Do

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations in patients' homes.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

• Improve patients' mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence.

• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety, and home programs.

• Complete timely and accurate documentation while coordinating care with the interdisciplinary team.

Required Qualifications

'05; Active Arizona Physical Therapist License
'05; Current BLS Certification
'05; Recent Physical Therapy experience in a home health or acute care setting
'05; Excellent assessment, documentation, and patient education skills
'05; Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for patient home visits
