Operator (Manufacturing/Plant Operations)

Shift: Monday - Saturday | 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Pay: $20 - $23 DOE

Core Responsibilities

Manufacture water-treatment products according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Read, understand, and follow detailed process procedures.
Maintain accurate production, inventory, and equipment records.
Monitor and maintain in-stock inventory levels.
Load and unload:
- Tankers
- Bulk tanks
- IBC totes
- Drums
- Buckets
Support all production and shipping activities.
Complete daily checklists and equipment logs.
Maintain organized work areas using 5S principles.
Follow all plant safety requirements and quality standards.

Technical Skills Required

Operation of:
- Pumps
- Valves
- Mix tanks
- Injection systems
Basic mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance of:
- Pumps
- Motors
- Valves
- Production equipment
Inventory control and documentation.
Material handling and shipping/receiving operations.

Key Qualifications

Experience in manufacturing, chemical processing, water treatment, or industrial operations.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures precisely.
Commitment to workplace safety and quality control.
Recordkeeping and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Forklift and warehouse experience (often preferred in similar roles).
Mechanical aptitude and equipment maintenance experience.
