Title: Qualification Engineer
Location: Huntsville, AL

Seeking candidates for a Qualification Test Engineer to support STRIKE Test and Evaluation Team. This position is based in Huntsville, AL.
Job Responsibilities/Duties
%CF; Responsible for designing and executing Qualification test plans to validate the functionality and quality of complex Army systems.
%CF; Lead or support component, subsystem, and system-level qualification testing; test types may include Environmental, EMI/EMC, Safety, Human Factors.
%CF; Evaluate systems to ensure they meet military standards (MIL-STD-810,
MIL-STD461 and MIL-STD_464).
%CF; Identify potential weapon system issues and defects by performing tests on the system's features.
%CF; Report findings to ensure the final product meets specifications, working closely with development teams across the product lifecycle.
%CF; This position involves physically climbing on top of military vehicles and weapon systems.
Required Experience
%CF; BS or BA degree.
%CF; 15 years test and evaluation experience.
%CF; 5 years experience in weapon system qualification testing (can be part of the 10 years above).
%CF; Experience with evaluating systems to ensure they meet military standards (MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD461 and MIL-STD_464).
%CF; Must be a US Citizen and have an active DoD Secret Security Clearance.
%CF; Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time. US travel only.
