Daily Responsibilities

• Treat pediatric patients in their homes
• Follow treatment plans established by supervising SLPs
• Complete electronic documentation
• Track patient progress
• Educate caregivers

Required Qualifications

Arizona SLPA license, CPR certification, Article 9 certification, valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and excellent interpersonal skills.
