• Support residents and their families with compassion, respect, and professionalism.

• Ensure compliance with all facility policies and state and federal regulations.

• Current LPN license in good standing.

• CPR certification.

• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience is preferred but not required.

• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
