My Primary Care is seeking a licensed LVN to assist our medical practice in providing primary and wound-care supplemental visits to our elderly and disabled community.
The ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:

- Clean record with no disciplinary actions
- Active professional license
- Malpractice insurance
- 2-years of mobile practice
- 2-years experience in primary care
- 2-years experience in wound care
- Ability to travel to patients' homes
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2-years experience in geriatric care
- Spanish or Tagalog speaking
- Tebra EHR experience
