Job Summary:

As a Certified Medication Technician at Cumberland Nursing and Rehab, you will play a vital role in the delivery of high-quality post-acute care to our patients. Responsibilities:

• Administer medications to patients under the supervision of a licensed nurse, adhering to established protocols and procedures

• Conduct regular electronic monitoring of patient vital signs and document accurately

• Assist with vital sign checks, including blood pressure, pulse, and oxygen saturation

• Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to the nursing staff

• Provide basic care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and feeding

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Certified Medication Technician (CMT)

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Completion of a CMT program or equivalent training

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
