Position – Roto Printing Press
Job Location – Oshkosh, Wi
Starting Date – ASAP
Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire
Employment Type – Full-Time
Work Hours (Shift) –1st shift currently working 4 – 10 hour shifts Monday through Thursday, 6:00am-4:00pm
Starting Pay – $20 to $22, depending on experience

Required Education – High School Diploma/GED
Required Experience – At least 1 years of experience
Responsibilities
- This role involves machine operation, quality checks, and maintaining production efficiency
- Install engraved printing cylinders
- Mix coatings to specifications
- Adjust wiper blades to control ink/coating application
- Thread paper or other materials through the press
- Monitor and adjust press settings for quality output
- Load and unload press, refill ink, and perform routine cleaning
- Complete paperwork accurately
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
At least 1 year of machine operation experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of printing equipment and safety procedures ideal
• Good communication, organization, and mechanical skills
• Ability to read and follow detailed instructions
• Comfortable working independently and in a team
