About the Role:
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Bayshore Nursing & Rehab, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient information. You will also assist with treatments, procedures, and other medical interventions as needed. Your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills will be essential in building strong relationships with patients, families, and our interdisciplinary care team.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient information
Assist with treatments, procedures, and other medical interventions as needed
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure quality care and promote patient satisfaction
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment plans
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain a safe and clean environment
