Commercial Journeyman Electrician

Victory Electric is seeking an experienced Commercial Journeyman Electrician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a motivated, forward-thinking electrician who takes pride in quality work, leadership, and jobsite safety.

Responsibilities

• Run and manage commercial electrical work on ground-up builds, remodels, and service projects
• Troubleshoot all aspects of commercial electrical systems
• Install and work with dimming systems and low-voltage lighting
• Perform communication cabling and terminations
• Read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics
• Ensure work complies with NEC and all local electrical codes
• Oversee, train, and mentor apprentice electricians
• Communicate daily with supervisors to keep projects on schedule
• Demonstrate forward-thinking leadership to keep tasks moving and crews productive
• Follow all company and jobsite safety standards

Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician with minimum 2 years of experience running commercial work
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience in commercial construction environments
• Ability to lead others while remaining hands-on
• Self-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Strong communication skills
