Current Ohio Licensed Independent Social Worker with Supervision Designation (LISW-S) required
Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution
Minimum of 2 years of post-independent licensure clinical experience preferred
Experience treating individuals with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health disorders
Experience providing clinical supervision preferred
Knowledge of ASAM Criteria and evidence-based treatment practices
Strong documentation, organizational, and communication skills
Proficient with electronic health records (EHR)
CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain)
Valid Ohio driver's license and reliable transportation
Provide individual, group, and family therapy for clients receiving substance use disorder treatment.
Complete biopsychosocial assessments, treatment plans, clinical documentation, and discharge planning.
Provide clinical supervision to social workers pursuing independent licensure in accordance with Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, and Marriage & Family Therapist Board requirements.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, CARF, and organizational standards.
Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, case managers, peer support specialists, and other members of the multidisciplinary treatment team.
Conduct crisis intervention and risk assessments as needed.
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans based on clinical needs.
Assist with quality improvement initiatives and clinical program development.
Mentor and support clinical staff through training, coaching, and performance feedback.
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
Substance Use Disorder (SUD) treatment
Detoxification, Residential, PHP, or Outpatient behavioral health settings
Trauma-informed care
Motivational Interviewing (MI)
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
Dual-diagnosis treatment
Clinical supervision and staff development
