Hostess- Must be friendly and polite in greeting guests. Must multi-task in regards to wait-time to seat a guest. Maintain a clean and tidy environment, Seat guests as the tables become available. must dress appropriately. Understand the needs of wait-staff to ensure sections are not over crowded. Must be able to work split-shift especially on the weekends.
