Deli - Grill - Food Prep

• Must be customer oriented with the ability to work in a face paced environment.
• Must be able to work within a team and communicate clearly with team members
• Must be able to manage Grill and customer orders in a timely manner
• Preparing food items to include sandwiches, grill items, cream cheeses and salads.
• Preparing food items to include pizza dough, sauces, and various toppings, such as lettuce, tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms, onions, and meats and cheeses.
• Cleaning workstations .
• Ensuring that all utensils and cooking equipment are sterilized before each use.
• Managing all food order slips and ensuring that customers’ orders are completed in a timely manner.
• Disposing of expired or spoiled ingredients at the end of each shift.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Proven food preparation and food handling experience.
• Working knowledge of proper food handling procedures.
• The ability to follow standardized recipes.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• The ability to work in a team.
• Ability to work 7 days a week nights or mornings
• Excellent communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
