Laundromat Attendant
Job Description
Responsible for laundromat maintenance and cleaning, as well as assisting customers with self-serve and drop-off laundry.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service at all times.
Help self-serve customers when needed. Perform basic troubleshooting of equipment when possible.
Process drop-off laundry orders in a timely and efficient manner following the employee handbook
Keep the facility clean and tidy. Complete store and equipment cleaning as assigned.
Maintain efficient store operation by notifying management of machine malfunctions and of supplies needed.
Promote a safe environment by being attentive to potential hazards, both personal and environmental, and reduce the risks however possible. Notify management of identified safety concerns.
Qualifications
Functional reading and writing and basic computer and keyboard skills.
Basic math skills and ability to handle cash register transactions.
Physically able to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including one's own body.
Communication over the phone and in person.
Comply with all company policies and procedures.
