Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a comprehensive understanding of financial services, credit analysis, and dealership operations. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage financial transactions, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to the overall success of our financial team.

Duties

  • Manage daily financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Conduct credit analysis to assess the creditworthiness of clients and potential borrowers.
  • Utilize financial software to streamline processes and enhance reporting accuracy.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues related to financial transactions.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify upselling opportunities that align with customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate records through proficient 10 key typing skills for data entry tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and dealership policies.
  • Train and mentor junior staff on best practices in finance management and customer service.

Experience

  • Proven experience in a finance management role, preferably within the dealership or financial services sector.
  • Strong background in sales with an emphasis on upselling techniques.
  • Proficient in using various financial software applications for analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent basic math skills to perform calculations accurately.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions based on findings.
  • Previous experience as a loan officer is a plus, showcasing an understanding of lending processes.
